These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Habittale mobile application, optional
Premium subscription, and related online services (the “Service”). By using the Service you
agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Habittale is a habit tracker with game-style features (character progress, quests, map bosses, social
features, optional in-app purchases). We may update, change, or discontinue features where reasonably
necessary to operate or improve the Service or to comply with law.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and meet minimum age required by Apple and applicable law.
Sign-in may use Apple ID or other methods we support. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Premium subscription (auto-renewable)
Billing. Premium is sold via Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to
your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
Auto-renewal. Unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end
of the current period, your subscription renews for the same term at the then-current price.
Manage or cancel. In iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (wording
may differ by iOS version and language).
Trial or intro offer. Duration and regular price after a trial or intro are shown in the
app. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you may be charged the regular price.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds follow Apple’s policies and tools (e.g.
Report a Problem, Apple Support).
Non-subscription in-app purchases (if offered) are processed by Apple. Descriptions and unlock rules are shown
in the app at purchase.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful activity, harassment, cheating, exploiting bugs for unfair advantage, reverse engineering where
prohibited, or attempts to disrupt our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual property
The Service (artwork, text, logos, software) is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app as offered by Apple, subject to these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Habittale is a
productivity and wellness-style tool, not medical advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) what you
paid for Premium in the twelve months before the claim or (b) twenty-five US dollars (USD), except where law
forbids such a cap.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance
where permitted by law.
Настоящие Условия использования («Условия») регулируют использование мобильного приложения
Habittale, опциональной подписки Premium и связанных онлайн-сервисов
(«Сервис»). Используя Сервис, вы соглашаетесь с Условиями и с
Политикой конфиденциальности.
1. Сервис
Habittale — трекер привычек с игровыми механиками (прогресс персонажа, квесты, боссы на карте, социальные
функции, встроенные покупки). Мы можем обновлять или отключать функции, если это необходимо для работы,
улучшения Сервиса или по закону.
2. Аккаунт и возраст
Вы должны иметь право заключать договор и соответствовать минимальному возрасту Apple и применимому закону.
Вход может осуществляться через Apple ID или иные поддерживаемые способы. Вы отвечаете за действия в аккаунте.
3. Подписка Premium (автопродление)
Оплата. Premium продаётся через In-App Purchase Apple. Списание с Apple ID.
Цены показаны в приложении и могут различаться по регионам.
Автопродление. Если не отключить автопродление минимум за 24 часа до конца
периода, подписка продлевается на тот же срок по актуальной цене.
Управление. iOS Настройки → [имя] → Подписки (формулировки могут отличаться).
Пробный / вводный период. Длительность и цена после периода указаны в приложении. Если не
отменить до конца пробного периода, может взиматься обычная цена.
Возвраты. Оплата через Apple; возвраты — по правилам Apple (Report a Problem, поддержка).
EULA Apple. Лицензируемые приложения также подпадают под
стандартное лицензионное соглашение Apple, если в App Store Connect для Habittale не указано отдельное EULA.
4. Прочие покупки
Разовые встроенные покупки (если есть) также обрабатывает Apple. Описание и правила разблокировки показываются в
приложении при покупке.
5. Допустимое использование
Запрещены противоправные действия, домогательства, читы, злоупотребление багами, обратная инженерия там, где это
запрещено, попытки нарушить работу систем. Мы можем заблокировать доступ.
6. Интеллектуальная собственность
Сервис (материалы, тексты, логотипы, ПО) принадлежит нам или правообладателям. Вам предоставляется личная
неисключительная непередаваемая лицензия на использование приложения через Apple согласно Условиям.
7. Отказ от гарантий
Сервис предоставляется «как есть» в максимально допустимой законом степени. Habittale — инструмент продуктивности
и здоровых привычек, а не медицинская консультация.
8. Ограничение ответственности
В пределах, разрешённых законом, мы не отвеча за косвенный ущерб, упущенную выгоду или потерю данных. Совокупная
ответственность ограничена большим из: (a) суммы, уплаченной за Premium за 12 месяцев до претензии, или (b) 25
USD, если закон не запрещает такой предел.
9. Изменения Условий
Мы можем обновлять Условия на этой странице. Продолжение использования означает принятие изменений, где это допустимо законом.
Estos Términos de uso («Términos») rigen el uso de la app móvil Habittale, la suscripción
opcional Premium y los servicios en línea relacionados (el «Servicio»). Al usarlo aceptas los
Términos y la Política de privacidad.
1. El Servicio
Habittale es un rastreador de hábitos con funciones de juego (progreso del personaje, misiones, jefes en el
mapa, social, compras in-app). Podemos actualizar o discontinuar funciones cuando sea razonable para operar,
mejorar o cumplir la ley.
2. Cuenta y elegibilidad
Debes poder celebrar un contrato y cumplir la edad mínima exigida por Apple y la ley aplicable.
El inicio de sesión puede usar Apple ID u otros métodos. Eres responsable de la actividad de tu cuenta.
3. Suscripción Premium (autorrenovable)
Facturación. Premium se vende mediante compras in-app de Apple. El cargo
es a tu Apple ID. Los precios se muestran en la app y pueden variar por región.
Renovación. Salvo que desactives la renovación al menos 24 horas antes del
fin del periodo, se renueva por el mismo plazo al precio vigente.
Prueba u oferta intro. La duración y el precio regular tras la prueba se muestran en la app.
Si no cancelas antes del fin de la prueba, puede aplicarse el precio regular.
Reembolsos. Apple procesa los pagos; los reembolsos siguen las políticas de Apple.
EULA de Apple. Las apps licenciadas también están sujetas al
EULA de aplicación con licencia de Apple, salvo EULA personalizada en App Store Connect para Habittale.
4. Otras compras
Las compras in-app no suscritas (si existen) también las procesa Apple. Descripción y reglas de desbloqueo en la
app al comprar.
5. Uso aceptable
No actividad ilícita, acoso, trampas, abuso de errores, ingeniería inversa donde esté prohibida ni intentos de
interrumpir nuestros sistemas. Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso.
6. Propiedad intelectual
El Servicio (arte, textos, logos, software) es nuestro o de licenciantes. Te otorgamos una licencia personal,
no exclusiva e intransferible según lo ofrezca Apple, sujeta a estos Términos.
7. Exenciones
El Servicio se ofrece «tal cual» en la medida en que lo permita la ley. Habittale es una
herramienta de productividad/bienestar, no asesoramiento médico.
8. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida máxima permitida, no seremos responsables por daños indirectos, lucro cesante o pérdida de datos.
La responsabilidad agregada se limita al mayor entre (a) lo pagado por Premium en los doce meses previos al
reclamo o (b) veinticinco USD, salvo que la ley prohíba dicho tope.
9. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos Términos en esta página. El uso continuado implica aceptación cuando la ley lo permita.

Habittale, de l’abonnement Premium facultatif et des services en ligne
associés (le « Service »). En l’utilisant, vous acceptez les Conditions et la
Politique de confidentialité.

Habittale est un suivi d’habitudes avec mécaniques de jeu (progression, quêtes, boss sur la carte, social,
achats intégrés). Nous pouvons modifier ou retirer des fonctions si nécessaire pour exploiter ou améliorer le
Service ou pour respecter la loi.
2. Compte et éligibilité
Vous devez pouvoir contracter et respecter l’âge minimum exigé par Apple et la loi applicable.
La connexion peut utiliser Apple ID ou d’autres méthodes. Vous êtes responsable de l’activité du compte.
Facturation. Premium est vendu via les achats intégrés Apple. Prélèvement sur
votre identifiant Apple. Les prix sont affichés dans l’app et peuvent varier selon les régions.
Renouvellement. Sauf désactivation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la
période, l’abonnement se renouvelle pour la même durée au prix en vigueur.
Essai ou offre d’introduction. Durée et prix régulier après l’essai affichés dans l’app. Sans
annulation avant la fin de l’essai, le prix régulier peut être facturé.
Remboursements. Apple traite les paiements ; les remboursements suivent les règles Apple.
Les achats intégrés non abonnement (s’ils existent) sont traités par Apple. Descriptions et règles affichées dans
l’app au moment de l’achat.
5. Usage acceptable
Pas d’activité illégale, harcèlement, triche, exploitation de bugs, ingénierie inverse si interdite, ni
perturbation de nos systèmes. Nous pouvons suspendre ou résilier l’accès.
6. Propriété intellectuelle
Le Service (visuels, textes, logos, logiciels) nous appartient ou à nos concédants. Licence personnelle, non
exclusive et non transférable selon l’offre Apple, sous réserve des Conditions.
7. Avertissements
Le Service est fourni « en l’état » dans toute la mesure permise par la loi. Habittale est un
outil de productivité/bien-être, pas un avis médical.
8. Limitation de responsabilité
Dans la mesure maximale permise, nous déclinons toute responsabilité pour dommages indirects, perte de profits
ou de données. Notre responsabilité globale est limitée au plus élevé entre (a) ce que vous avez payé pour
Premium dans les douze mois précédant la réclamation et (b) vingt-cinq dollars US, sauf interdiction légale.
9. Modifications
Nous pouvons mettre à jour les Conditions sur cette page. L’utilisation continue vaut acceptation lorsque la loi le permet.
