Habit hero collects the following data:

• Personal identification information such as name, email address, and locale during user checkout.
• Billing portal login details like IP address, login time, and login count.
• Checkout data in line with the Terms of Service of Stripe
• User's goal, activity, schedule, name, email, phone number, and messages exchanged with the Whatsapp Business account of Habit Hero. This data is encrypted and only accessible to the user.

2. How Do We Collect Your Data?

Your data is collected when you:

• Visit our website.
• Send our WhatsApp bot a message.
• Sign up for our service using email and password via our sign-up, powered by Supabase Auth.
• Voluntarily share your goal and habit.
• Become an accountability buddy.
• Use the product.

3. How Will We Use Your Data?

Habit hero uses your data solely for app functionality and improvement, enabling you to access and use our services effectively.

4. How Do We Store Your Data?

Your billing data is stored securely by Stripe, adhering to their Data Privacy and Compliance policies.

Your usage data is stored encrypted in a Supabase database. For more details, refer to Supabase's Privacy Policy.

Payments are processed via Stripe, and related data is handled according to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Message data is stored and processed by WhatsApp according to the WhatsApp privacy policyPrivacy Policy.

Your messages that are answered by Geoffrey our AI coach are stored for up to 30 days by OpenAI for inspection if there is a likelyhood of violation of the OpenAI Terms of ServicePrivacy Policy.

5. Marketing

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.
